Your mission ...

Project business unit

  • Define and maintain the project offer both front-end and back-end (Demandware/Magento/Symfony etc), UR/UX / UI and any other potential technologies
  • Ensure knowledge management with French team and build strong relationships with them
  • Ensure that all sales documents are always available and up-to-date (PPT, sales pitch…)
  • Train sales team, account on these offers and maintain documentation
  • Create and structure a team based on sales performance and customers needs
  • Maintain a ratio Gross Salary / Gross Margin < 50%
  • Gross Margin target 7 000 K RMB at least

 

Management

  • Ensure upward and downward communication between the company management and the team members, implement and execute management decisions at department level, report upward on issues and propose solutions, build an open department and a working environment
  • Communicate, ensure trust relationship and provide clear and sound advice to other department heads and work collaboratively with other departments
  • Define and plan team activities in accordance with management guidelines and business imperatives, communicating upfront and getting agreement from management on these activities before implementation
  • Manage all team members of project business units, delegate responsibilities, plan and supervise activities providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
  • Ensure perfect integration of Beijing team members that could join and help to create career path
  • Evaluate team members ongoing performance, realize annual reviews for direct team members and proactively propose remediation plan or improvement solutions
  • Maintain staff morale, quality and performance by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees
  • Define and implement the team members training plan
  • Maintain and develop own and team professional and technical knowledge by ensuring that knowledge is shared within the company and within the department

 

Sales

  • Participate actively in the definition and implementation of the overall business development strategy
  • Ensure that the service will meet target in terms of acquisition
  • Lead and participate in pre-sales activity (strategy, presentation, quotations)
  • By organizing the job to be delivered with account managers
  • By leading project pitch when it is required

 

Customer relationship

  • Act as an Account Director for some accounts regarding the rules defined by altima°
  • Deliver pro-active consulting to our key accounts
  • Participate to steering committees for key accounts and deliver global consulting that will help customers to achieve better results and altima° to generate more revenues
  • Monitor the level of satisfaction of our customers and alert management if necessary

 

Finance, legal and control management

  • Forecast and plan the cut off monthly production, and ensure other business, HR, costs related or any other data are filled in on time and with accuracy based on company rules in information tools and systems
  • Ensure and promote proper usage of ERP
  • Build a positive profitability spirit in the team by giving responsibility and accountability
  • Ensure that all the team use planification and that this planification could be used in a forecasting point of view
  • Manage relationship with partners (Demandware, Magento, Akeneo…) in accordance with company rules and values
  • Ensure contractual engagements with customers, suppliers , team members, or any other internal or external stakeholder are in line with altima° legal regulations
  • Put data into action : suggest improvement in processes, KPIs, tools, business model and all necessary topics based on performance analysis to improve our profitability

  • Participate actively to our communication effort by participating to conferences and writing blog post (1 every 2 months)
  • Ensure that your team will deliver 1 blog post per month

  • Represent, promote and enforce altima° values
  • Encourage and embody the altima° happiness spirit via a positive, stable attitude and relationship with the altima° staff as a whole: colleagues, team members, managers. Be in line, represent company decisions and have them respected in a culture of openness and trust.   • Develop the company efficiency by a concise, up to the point, constructive opinion communication, and concentrating on high value topics

Your profile ...

  • Native Chinese speaker and good English
  • Minimum 5 year experience in project management, in a digital environment
  • Management experience
  • Ability to analyze and define requirements, and translate them into technical architecture and specifications
  • Ability to consult on projects including requirements gathering and development of test plans and test cases.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues with non-technical customers
  • Good organizational skills and client management skills
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with project management techniques from project inception to production go live and with various development methodologies (Waterfall, agile…)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, reliable, professional, and responsible personality
  • Knowledge of web design and testing principals.
  • Knowledge of UR/UX/UI processes
  • Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SASS
  • Good knowledge of Responsive design
  • Technical knowledge of web platforms, architecture and associated tools , both front-end and back-end ; CMS (Drupal), Framework (Symfony2) or e-commerce platforms (Magento, Hybris, Demandware)
  • Web analytics tool (Google Analytics, Adobe Anlaytics, Baidu Tongji) certification is a plus
  • Web agency experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated personality that is able to work closely in a collaborative role with other team members.

Job conditions ...

  • Position: full time
  • Availability: within 1 month
  • Bonus system: for Chinese New Year a bonus will be calculated based on the performance of the company
