OUR COLLABORATION
altima° has been assisting Petit Bateau with their e-commerce strategy since 2010.

Our long-term collaboration began with a single site that could be quickly launched abroad in Belgium, the UK, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands.
In 2011, altima° had children jump from window to window with both feet -in rain boots – for the launch of their range of shoes as well as driving “quality” campaign posters with rain -
and shine on the brand’s emblematic rain jackets.
In 2012, the concept “Merci Mercredi,” was launched, proposing Petit Bateau private sales. With time, the digital ecosystem evolved: social networks, digital in-store, mobility, development of e-commerce and m-commerce, etc… -
Powered in 2013 with the 120th anniversary of the brand, the collaboration took a new turn, going beyond the shopping experience by introducing responsive design to the Petit Bateau sphere to offer a true brand experience.

As an integral part of altima’s design process, the immersion stage allows altima’s teams to dive fully into the world of its customers. Interviews, visiting stores, a factory tour in Troyes, test orders and brand analysis are used to define the basic principles that will serve as guidelines throughout the design, to create a unique shopping experience and digital brand.

Tag management (GTM) facilitates the implementation of campaigns without needing to mobilize technical teams internally for production. Personalized and automated reports enable measurement and adjustment of marketing campaigns and e-merchandising through advanced analytics tracking (tracking cross-device, following navigation, search merchandising, internal search, micro-interactions, etc.).
Finally, Petit Bateau teams were trained in Google Tag Manager/Analytics.
MAINTAIN & MONITOR E-COMMERCE PLATFORMS
FOR OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AND DURING BUSY PERIODS
Maintenance includes support flow management and rapid correction of anomalies that may occur, administration of marketing campaigns and the product catalog, minor developments and their acceptance testing, preparation and launch of production, and data retrieval from the database.
Insurance is also implemented for reliable customer service for Petit Bateau clients and to keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
