KEEPING YOUR BUSINESS
Frederic Grignion, Technical Director
Over the last ten years, our project management and our operational & corrective maintenance have been divided into two separate services.
It would be wrong to say that the only agency capable of maintaining a site would be the agency that created it. That’s why we’ve set up and perfected a process to ensure these kinds of transitions.
Top priorities: making sure orders can always be placed. Securing commercial events (sales, private sales, etc.) through simulations, scheduled on-call sessions or incidents…
Deal with urgent incidents as quickly as possible to get services back online, finding back-up plans when necessary. In-depth analysis of problems and making permanent corrections. Learn from past incidents in order to eliminate them.
Maintenance teams are also responsible for making smaller changes or working with the client to create project roadmaps. High-impact maintenance projects are shifted to the project team to ensure there is no damage to clients’ sales.
